COMMERCIAL VALUATION
 Andrew
Green Chartered Surveyors undertake commercial surveys and
valuations for a variety of Banks and other Lending Institutions as
well as Private Clients for purchase purposes, additional lending
and for other uses as requested.
The
inspection, report and valuation is in accordance with the
current practice statements, guidance notes and appendices of
the latest edition of the RICS Appraisal and Valuation Standards
(the ‘Red Book’).
The
report usually comprises Market Value, brief description of the
premises along with the condition and any urgent repairs
necessary.
